OTO STAR Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction By registering for the OTO STAR Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions between you ("Affiliate") and BRIGHTSTAR OILS SDN BHD ("Company").

2. Commission & Benefits

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a 5% commission on the total value of every order completed using your unique coupon code.

  • Customer Discount: Your audience will receive a 5% discount when they use your code at checkout.

  • Sign-Up Bonus: Upon approval of your application, you may be eligible to receive one (1) free bottle of OTO Engine Oil for testing and content creation purposes.

3. Payout Schedule

  • Timing: Payouts are processed monthly on the 1st of every month.

  • Method: Commissions are paid via Direct Bank Transfer.

  • Processing Time: Funds typically reach your account within 3 business days after processing.

  • Calculation: Payouts are calculated based on "Confirmed Sales" (orders that have been paid and delivered).

4. Promotion Guidelines

  • Accurate Claims: You must represent the product accurately. OTO Engine Oil is SIRIM certified and KPDN approved. You may not make false technical claims or promise performance metrics that are not supported by official OTO STAR specifications.

  • Prohibited Actions:

    • Spamming: Posting your code excessively in unrelated comment sections or groups is prohibited.

    • Brand Bidding: You are not allowed to run paid ads that target OTO STAR brand keywords directly.

    • Reselling: You may not buy stock using your own affiliate code to resell it unless you have a separate dealer agreement.

5. Termination

  • OTOSTAR reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time if you are found to be misrepresenting the brand or violating these terms.

  • In the event of termination due to fraud or severe policy violation, pending commissions may be forfeited.

6. Independent Contractor

  • You are participating in this program as an independent entity. This agreement does not create an employee-employer relationship between you and BRIGHTSTAR OILS SDN BHD.
